The proof version of the 2005 Coin Set includes the medal in silver and the seven coins in circulation.
The medal is a copy of the medal awarded to Captain (later Vice Admiral) Olfert Fischer and his men after the Battle of Copenhagen in 1801, in which they defended Copenhagen against the British navy. The expression "to turn a blind eye" relates to this battle.
The coin set is also minted in a proof version, which is an especially fine quality minted with three strokes.
